Western blot analysis of Clec1a was performed by loading Lane1: Mouse thymus tissue lysate (30µg), Lane2: Mouse lung tissue lysate (30µg) on to a 12%+10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Clec1a antibody (Product # PA5-49699) at a 1/850 dilution for 5 minutes, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
